These terms describe the OldBranch Advisory website and services offered by Nick Eide. By purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.

Services

Our assessments and advice are general business recommendations based on the information you provide. You decide whether and how to act on them. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial or security-compliance advice; seek a qualified professional when you need it.

Results

We work to make recommendations useful and practical, but do not guarantee particular savings, revenue or other outcomes.

Payment and refunds

Prices and service details appear on the website and at checkout. The AI Assessment costs $900 as a one-time purchase. If you are not satisfied with the Assessment, ask for a refund and we will return your $900 payment. Contact nick@oldbranch.com to request it or raise any other concern. This satisfaction guarantee does not depend on finding an AI opportunity or achieving a particular financial result. These terms do not narrow any rights you have under applicable law.

Other tools

Software and services made by others have their own terms. We are not responsible for those providers' products or policies.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for claims arising from a purchased service is limited to the amount paid for that service, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited or your non-waivable rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, USA, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
