OldBranch Advisory is operated by Nick Eide. This page explains how information is handled when you use this site, email us or buy a service.
What we receive
- Email and service details. If you email us or buy a service, we use your contact information and the details you share to reply and deliver the work.
- Payments. Checkout takes place on Stripe. We do not receive your full card number. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy policy.
- Technical data. Our host may keep standard request logs, including IP address and browser information, for security and reliability.
The OldBranch website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If you choose a Stripe checkout link, you leave this website and Stripe's practices apply.
Use and sharing
We use information to respond, provide purchased services, keep required business records, and protect the site. We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers needed for hosting, email and payment processing, when required by law, or with your permission.
Your choices
Email nick@oldbranch.com to ask what information we hold about you or request a correction or deletion. Some records may need to be retained for legal or accounting reasons.
Children
This site is for businesses, not children under 13.
